That's why I start new projects in Hamburg with a few days on-site: I get to know your team, your systems and your domain, we agree on goals and ways of working, and the first results are built together. After that I work mostly remotely – with fixed rituals – and I'm happy to come back to the office for workshops, planning or key milestones.
